Well, the pins pretty much welded themselves to my caliper and its fuxd.
Ive sourced a 1995 KX500 caliper shell and I'm PRETTY sure it will fit. Anyone know for sure? I know this caliper was ubiquitous to a bunch of bikes over the early 90s...I think the entire MX line and some street bikes in the late 90s.
Here's to using antisieze on critical assembly bolts and a TORQUE wrench.

Did you use anti-seize and a torque wrench?

For a direct fit, the H Series kdx rear caliper is shared with these year/models (doesn't look like a 95 KX500 is the same):

+1 and heat. Had a stuck pin on my 95 RMX250 and used oil and heat to work it loose, cheaper than buying a new caliper if it works, and if it doesn't not much lost.

Tried everything. It's smoked. I'm going to have to cut it out and drill it out. Its a mess.

Even though the part number is not the same, it might work. It may merely have a different sized piston. Check it out.
