Not without a lot of cutting and welding. The H series KDX's muffler dips way down low on the bike to connect to the pipe. The E series pipe and muffler stay at the top of the bike.

Some will argue, but keep your stocker. Hardly any power is made at the silencer, and without proper maintance you'll LOSE power. The stock unit is maintenance free, but weighs a lot in comparison. It deosn't way enough to make me want to ever repack my silencer.
