How do I remove the needle seat and install a new one? Noob question, sorry I just don't see how to get it out safely or install a new one. Videos or pictures would be greatly appreciated. Thanks!

It is not meant to be removable. It's a press fit. Maybe with enough heat and force you could get it out. Perhaps you could thread the inside of it and run a bolt of some sort in so you have something to grab. If you do manage to get it out, the new piece will need to be installed very carefully using a press.

How do most people get them out for a carb rebuild? Just thread a screw in and press/gently hammer the other one in?Julien D wrote:It is not meant to be removable. It's a press fit. You don't need to take it out for a rebuild. Just clean it. Qtips with w little rubbing compound work well. I've some put the Qtip in a drill for expediency.

Responded to your PMs. Not sure there is much more I can offer, but post here and I am sure others can add some perspective that is beyond my expertise.
