92 KDX200 bog/stutter in powerband

Hey guys. I have a 1992 KDX 200 all stock engine wise and one day i was riding around and it started bogging out and not hitting powerband. I did some carb adjustments and I can get a little bit of powerband, but it stutters now and won't open up. I feel like it may be something to do with the KIPS valves, but I'm not sure. Its not running too lean or rich and its getting enough fuel. I had just rebuilt the carb and adjusted the floats and it ran fine, but started doing this randomly. Any info will help, thanks!

Check your reeds bro. Could be bad. Burned up on edges or cracked or warped. That would be a cheap fix
