Anyone in Bay Area Willing to Help w KIPS?

Just bought a 1991 KDX 200. Somethings wrong with the power valve, such that it lacks top end power. The guy i bought it from said he replaced left and right valves, but the center valve needs replacing (not sure what that means exactly) I just purchased Cyclepedia manual and reviewed it. This repair looks a little beyond my experience and skill. Anyone ANYWHERE in the Bay Area or Sacramento area willing to help me out with this repair? I live in Sebastopol but could bring the bike wherever. Would really appreciate the help! Thanks.
