Maybe just the pic but it appears that there is no spacer between the bearing seal and the left fork tube. If its not there it would cause it to be like that. Does the brake rotor line up with the caliper OK? Sump'n ain't right!

I don't think the wheel would be turning if the spacer wasnt in there and it wouldnt line up right with the brake caliper. But yes the spacer is in there!!!! I am going to try mounting up my friends front wheel to see how that compares. Yes that is a bicycle speedo the cateye enduro 8.

No that is the dust seal and yes the spacer is in there I have had the wheel off many of times and know what the spacer is and where it goes, you cant see it in the pics but it is on.
This goes back to the earlier post, correct? The 'dished' idea?
Holding a straightedge on the outside of the hub..with some number (say 4) lined up with the hub centerline...what do you see on the straightedge on either side when you eyeball the tire sidewall?
Should be the same distance from '4' (or whatever number you lined up) on each side of the '4'.
Is it?
Doubt it.

The problem could be on the right side of the wheel. The ears/tabs not aligned properly in the odo drive unit. This would explain more space on that side while still allowing the brake rotor to align with the caliper.

Look at the odo housing. Certainly it's in the wrong position.
That doesn't say what the INSIDE is doing.
Why put the housing on so wonky anyway?
Does the fork action suggest a bind somewhere? The RH fork cap/axle relation would show that much tweak.
Back to where the center of the hub is to the rim. After asking about that a few times and not hearing anything about it...maybe it's just a touchy situation........

Yea that does look a little funky, but I have it lined up right. THe fork has a tab on it and the odo has two black ears or tabs whatever you want to call them. I have the odo centered lined up so the fork tab is in between the odo tabs. Thats how it goes right??
I think the outer housing looks like it is in the correct place. I was talking about the tabs on the inside that line up with the slots in the wheel. If these are not lined up correctly it would push the wheel to the left about 1/4 in or more. However the brake would line up fine. Have you ridden this way? Does the odo work properly? It would be possible for the odo to still work, even with the tabs not engaged inside the odo housing. Just the fact that they are pushed up against each other would probably be enough to turn the drive cable, but it would probably read in error.

That didn't change anything on your alignment, right?
About that hub-rim measurement...........................
I'd think with it as far off as it is, you could see it easily enough just looking down the centerline of the rim/tire. It IS supposed to be on the center of the hub.
I'd think your spokes would be obviously wonky, too. Compare the spacing at the hub from side to side. Bet one side has some spokes tight to the hub..the other has some space. Heck...they might be off enough for the spokes to not be correctly (evenly) seated IN the hub in the first place!
