2001 H
Airstriker 35 carb
Gnarley pipe
v force reeds
Seems I am chasing the correct jetting,, 152 main, 40 pj , CEL 2nd clip .
I was expecting to find a major leak somewhere but I just performed a leak down test and I am getting zero psi drop in 10 minutes at 6 psi .
When I say I have spooge , I mean it is dripping off my swing arm leaking from the silicone pipe joint.
I am stumped on this one. I sprayed the carb while it was idling and got no increase in speed so I know it is not a carb boot leak, My thought is that I may have the PJ circuit clogged somewhere but I cleaned it with carb cleaner and it sprayed through the hole? The Airstriker was new and I bet I have about 15-20 hours on it.
Am I missing something here?

Is the carb a legit Keihin carb with genuine jets? Have you repacked your silencer recently?

Yes it’s legit , Purchased from a reputable company. I am about to completely disassemble the silencer and repack … I did check it out last week and the packing was not saturated but I was concerned that the endcap and screen was plugged up and restricting airflow , so disassembly will be done …
