RH kips rod packing

Has anyone found a solution to the seal/packing replacement issue?

There's another topic on here that has been active in the past few days and a few months. One of us needs to actually measure it to get the true dimensions, because I posted a bunch of links to potential options for o-rings at least, but a quad ring / x-ring type seal really is what is best, that was what the original was.
