Winter rebuild
Now that winter is here I am doing a complete tear down of my '86 200. So far I have sent a pair of '89 forks and the rear shock to Fredette racing products. I am working on replacing the bearings in the swing arm and dog bone. I have found almost every thing I need for this at https://www.off-roadinnovation.com/?page=home. The only part I have to source from ebay is the upper sleeve 42036-1119.

Re: Winter rebuild
OUCH. I know the dogbone bearings are made of pure gold, price wise. They weren't even cheap 30 years ago.
Good luck on the build. Throw a few pics up when you can.

Re: Winter rebuild
Got the swing arm and dog bone bearings out. The upper linkage bearing is still good.

Re: Winter rebuild
Nice tidy work area.
Looks really weird to have all of that extra real estate on the bench;
Almost didn't recognize the motor - looks so small!

Gregor at Off Road Innovation has been a key player in my rebuild as well.
What are your plans for the cylinder?
is it nice enough that a piston swap alone will suffice?
