Hello . can anyone inform me what needle comes stock with a 1990 kdx200- E3 ? 16009 A through D ?

The stock needle was R1172N and a leaner needle was available R1173N. These parts may no longer be available and Keihin did not use these numbers to identify their needles.
The corresponding Keihin part number for these two needles would be BGN and BGP. You can go to JetsRus.com and look up the conversion chart and how to read the numbers.
