rear wheel conversion
I am building a 2001 kx kdx hybrid and want to lace up an 18 inch wheel on the back. I have a kx 250 rear tire now. The 18 inch rim is easy to order but does anyone know what spokes i need to purchase to do the swap?

Re: rear wheel conversion
Hi I did the same and used a 2001 kx125 hub which I think are the same. I just ordered ebay morse racing stainless steel spokes to suite a 18" rim. All worked out fine.

Re: rear wheel conversion
Standard 36 hole rim and spoke kit should work.

The KDX rear wheel should fit right on if you use the KX wheel spacers. Same sprocket and rotor also.

Re: rear wheel conversion
^+1 I used my KDX wheel on my hybrid, just use the KX spacers. Just occured to me that maybe you didn't build your hybrid with a full KDX to start from? In that case the rim/spokes you ordered laced to your KX rim will work.
