I assume you are asking about the hose on the bottom, that is the transmission vent.
How much water is coming out of it? Has it always been laying down like that or did you move it from a different position? Have you done any water crossing lately or laid your bike down in some water?
the hose coming from the plastic reservoir is a brake line and should be hooked up to the rear master cylinder
the hose coming from the engine is indeed a transmission vent and most people would prefer running it into the airbox
either way, nothing should be coming out of it.

Well its not laying down I took the picture with it standing up with the kick stand down. My son said water was comming out. The other question is why would the transmission needed vented and I am going to run it to the air box.

+1.
But I would first find out how water got in there in the first place.
I just bought this bike not long ago and took the carb off and it was just lying there. From what i have heard it has suction. As far as water comming out not real sure my son road it and mentioned water was comming out, so that is something I will play with. I plan on lifting the hose straight up and see if water comes out. I was surprised how long that hose was, never seen that before so it threw me off and the manual does not really go into details about what it is for and why its there.
