Hi everyone,
I have a KDX-220 that I bought new in 2002, and in 2006, a friend of mine had an old blown-up KLX-300 that was just a rolling chassis, so he let me swap the front end onto my KDX in order to have the inverted forks (the same as a 1997 KX-250), and everything just bolted right on like it was from the factory, indluding the headlight mounts and the odometer spacing gear. I sent the forks off to Moto Pro Suspension in Washington for a revalve and stiffer springs, and I can't believe what an amazing difference it made for the handling of the bike.

Hi. That is a great looking KDX.
By the way, the 1997 KX250 forks are a good bit different than KLX forks.

Bike looks badass man! I'd love to slap some black rims on mine, but the whole time and money thing is kinda holdin me back lol Where did you get the graphics? are they custom?

What did you use for fork guards? I did the same thing on my 05 kdx200.

Fork Guards are just stock 2000 KLX-300

That is a nice looking bike. Mine is in the works as money comes along. Might see u in the woods one of these days.
