Caliper swap question

I have a 2000 KDX 200. I want to install triple clamps and forks from a 2001 KX 500. Will my 2000 KDX caliper work on the 2001 KX forks or do I need to buy the KX caliper?

I was curious about this also, but I thought I had heard about brake line issues, or is it my imagination?

You have to get a little creative with the line routing/clamping to use the KDX brake but it can be done.
This is the bracket I made so that I could use the KDX caliper:

yeah sure did, and I might have some KX250 forks, and triple on the way also

is that a KDX wheel, axle and brake disc on the KX500 fork?
