SWINGARM ???

I own a 1997 KDX 200, I want to eliminate the Kickstand welded mount and it is dented, does anyone know if a KX 125 or 250 swingarm will fit??? if so which one ???

KX swingarms won't easily fit. The motor mount bolt area (the hole in the rear of the motor that the swingarm bolt passes through) is wider on a KDX than on a KX. The KDX motor would have to be machined down to get the KX swingarm to fit. It has been done to put a KX motor in a KX frame. It would be much easier just to grind off the welded tab. It can be done so that you would never know it had been there.
