Really?!?!?so how do you think it would be on a blaster basically half a banshee motor. Also would the head mods be as good as they are on the kdx?

I could not tell you on that
Carvr had the carbs done on the Banshee and it'll easily pull a gear or 2 higher. A Banshee in the sand, when it's starts to bog, unless you fan the clutch or shift down you are dead. On his, you can bog it way down and it'll just keep on pulling along. Just like a KDX and the SSS

Blaster is a non powervalved, air cooled, 200cc, so really not much common with a banshee (80's era RZ350 motor).

This is likely more important when it comes to head-cut. They do both use 26mm Mikuni VM's, and are reed motors. RB's work on Mikuni's is reputed to be just as good as the PWK's. All factory heads are cut pretty conservative, so you are likely to see a nice improvement...However, the KDX/Banshee/etc does have the advantage of a constant head-temp due to liquid cooling. A tight squish on the blaster could result in great performance one minute, and a pinging mess the next.
One place where I can see the RB carb mods not being worth the money is with a CVT style driveline. Polaris ATV, sled, etc. You are already past the range where his magic comes into play before power starts getting transferred. Other than that, anything with a float/bowl direct-lift slide carb will benefit from better pilot-circuit throttle response.

I had RB Designs modify the heads on both of our CR250s. We are pleased with them.

Nice! I still want one of these. Finding an unmolested one is impossible. I'd settle for one that just had a stock(unported) cyl.
