Well i got my carb off didn't really see anything in it. So my next question is if there are any left out there is a bone stock 200 where you run you needle clip and where my air screw should be set at. I run amsoil mixed 50:1 still plenty of smoke and some oil spooge out of the pipe.

Did you pull the pilot jet?

Yeah i pulled carb this morning checked it all out. The only thing i could find odd was that the needle clip was on the very top ring, but other than that no crap in the jets or anything. I cleaned it all out put it back together put the needle clip in the middle ring hopefully it'll work i gotta ride tomorrow.

Turning in the air screw reduces the amount of air, therefore making the bike run richer.

The OP said they had to turn the idle screw all of the way in, not the air screw, though the two are commonly confused with each other. So it could be any number of things, basically anything that could make it not idle: Lean, Rich, Mechanical problem etc.........

I would have to agree with Indawoods, if the bike runs good once it gets off the bottom, it is likely a dirty pilot jet.

Not knowing how proficient of a mechanic the OP is, we don't know how well the carburetor was really cleaned. To me cleaning means complete dis-assembly, spray brake cleaner through every passage way and make sure everything is open, follow this up by blowing out every passage with compressed air, clean all pieces removed (i.e. jets, needle, slide, choke plunger, float and needle), reassemble the carb except for the float bowl, check the float level, then reinstall the float bowl. To me anything short of this, is not a true carburetor cleaning and means that dirt in some very small places could have possibly been missed.

Rattlesnake 06, please take no offense if this is already common knowledge to you.

Ok i guess i put it wrong the bike idles just fine i have to have the idle screw all the way in. There just aint anything there whether i let all the way out or all the way in it dont make a difference. In order to idle it up just a bit I had to adjust the cable. I know its not right but outta get me through tomorrow. But im kinda thinkin its the wrong idle screw. :?

I think it's a dirty pilot jet.

Am I correct in assuming that your idle screw is turned in all the way and you are tightening the cable to open the throttle more just so your bike
will idle ????

You are correct.

That is not a good deal and a very unsafe way to set your idle.

Oh I am aware thats the wrong way to do it. But what could it be??? I have ran small tip cleaners through all the jets and made sure they were clean. Rode it yesterday all day no problems. Dont know what to do I've always been told dont fix it if it aint broke but dont know where to start. :?

Did this problem just start, or did you just buy the bike and it has this problem.

Be careful what you run through jets as it is easy to distort and over size them.

Thoughts:
1. Are you 100% sure the carb and jets are clean?
2. Did you do a true thorough carb cleaning as I mentioned in an earlier post?
3. What is your current jetting i.e. pilot, main, needle and AS.
4. When you had the carb off for cleaning, did you look to see if the idle screw is protruding into the carb body far enough to raise the slide? It is ultra rare but I have heard of the idle screw getting broke before, normally due to somebody doing something stupid, not normal wear. You could always pull the carb, leaving the slide in the carb, and run the air screw in and out while looking in the carb from the venturi side, you should be able to see the slide raise if the idle screw isn't broken.
5. Good fresh premix; bad fuel can do some screwy things
6. Have you tried another plug, weak spark can cause poor idle quality, although I think this sugestion is a long shot.
7. What about a clean freshly oiled air filter, a dirty filter would make the bike very rich and it could be loading up and not idling.
8. Will it idle in neutral? If it only has trouble idling while in gear, then it could be clutch drag.

Just a few ideas my friend.

check your float height.....ifs it to high, it will load up, and will not idle.

No the idle screw does not move the carb slide. Its the same whether or not if the screw is all the way in or all the way out. Is it too much to ask someone to measure the length of their idle screw for me it would be very helpful?
