I got one of these mostly to hold the flywheel on a bike:

It's main purpose is to hold the clutch while you torque it down. This is pretty important on the Yamaha design. While it's a little crude, it does work and the price is a good bit cheaper than some of the others I've seen (I don't know if the expensive ones work any better). The clutch holder side didn't seen to mesh perfectly with the grooves in the clutch, but it worked well enough. You have to be careful to adjust it properly so that it holds securely, yet not so tight that it crushes the aluminum clutch.
It also has two pawls on the opposite side to fit into holes on the flywheel to hold it steady while you tighten the flywheel nut, and other parts like the primary gear bolt. I found this a little tricky in use, with the tool difficult to keep in place with just one hand. I ended up having my son work the torque wrench while I held this tool in place with both hands. That was a breeze.
A workable tool for a decent price.
