Hey guys,
I did my research on online micro fiche's and apparently the KX seats from the late 90's will fit the KDX (same part number) I have found a 1998 KX being parted out and I was wondering whether anyone could prove or disprove its fitment on a 2001 220?
Thanks guys!

SKU: 53001-1745-MW
SEAT-ASSY,DUAL,BLACK 1 $187.27
Part numbers from same place for a 1998 KX 125
53001A SKU: 53001-1845-MH

They are the same part numbers, but the seats are clearly different
not sure what to think?

The answer is no have both they are different. be sides that you are confusing the item # with part number. ask your kawi dealer. The 53001a is a
location or Item # meaning it is a seat the rest tells what seat it is.
This is the most confusing pat about fishing for parts LOL! the tall seat for the kdx has the best transition and is close to the same as modern bikes.
