I need new needle bearings and collars for my swingarm so I was checking ebay and I found this. It looks like everything I need but I don't see the needle bearings. Does this kit replace something else?

This kit is for the linkage. You know the triangle ''dog bone'' under the bike.
Your swing arm bearings are totally toast eh? like a read in an other post?
This is not a swing arm bearing kit but you will need this kit anyway. Pretty sure all of your likage bearings a tost too.You will need to buy the lower shock bearing/ sleeve/seals individually because thoses parts is not in the kit.
Good luck!
(Pretty sure you will need wheels bearings and stering stem bearings too)
Your bike has been neglected and you are in the right way to give her an other life!
Good luck

Thanks man. I think you are right. Steering stem bearings and linkage bearings and wheel bearings are going to have to be replaced. Man, this bike is going to end up costing a lot more then I originally thought. Oh well it will be all worth it when I'm done.

I love mine, but I must admit I'm not always good to her
Replaced my steering head bearings with those cheap All Balls ones 5 years ago and have not been back in for a look since
Same with the suspension and swingarm bearings
Top end, same, 5 years!
But hey, why fix it if'n it aint broke?

Keep CBR in mind when you replace your wheel bearings. He guarantees his bearings for life.
More expensive than the chink $5 jobs? Yep.
I've replaced the crummy bearings a couple times a season.
My CBRs last WAY longer than that. No...they don't last a lifetime, but considering the stress put on the hub, why not do it as seldom as possible.
Besides...if I can cut a maintenance chore in 1/2, in 1/2 and in 1/2 again...I'll do it.
