Shock rebuilding

I stumbled upon this website that makes DVD videos of various motorcycle maintenance and repairs. They sound pretty good and was investigating whether the DVD on the rear shock rebuild was worth the money. They also have the DVD for carb tuning which would also be great for the guy who doesn't have an experianced buddy to help them along. What do you guys think?

There are also DVD's on KX forks in both 48mm

and 46mm

Clutch, bike prep, routine maintenace, etc...
I think a set of these vid's would just about answer all the basic questions that keep coming up.

So what do you all think?

Have you had the shock apart before?

I bought the one for my forks last year (2nd link on 2nd posting). Would be great if you'd never had forks/shock apart before.

I was a little disappointed, but to see it done correctly confirmed some things.

I alway thought they should have "Theory Tips"

Like..."when rebuilding the shim stack, it can be modified like so depending on weight and terrain ridden"

I'm totally with you Jeb!
