Heard a lot of good things about the Flex Bars in the mags. Thinking about it for Xmas present to myself. Currently use trail tech computer with billet protector that uses the two top handle bar pinch bolts. I was wondering if anyone has used the flex bars with that computer. I am concerned that the allen screws used to hold the billet protector and pinch the bar will stick out too much and interfere with the flex bar crossbar and pad.

I have a set on my 2002 220. I also have a trailtech but it is mounted differently. Homemade bracket. Not sure if the trail tech mount will interfere or not. I love the bars. They kind of spoil you. Now i dont want to ride my 05 because of the noticable increse of vibration without the fast bars. I now use a gps that mounts nicely on the Fasst bar pad. I can send you a pic or two if you like. Once ytou go FAsst, youll never go back.

Yep . . . Xmas present for the KDX. Just ordered the bars. Looks like I will need to make a bracket or something for the computer.

Ummm, They didnt show me how to do that on the short bus that I rode in on. Maybe I can send another pic to vince and he can post it for me. I guess that would make me high maintenance. Guess I can put it in my gallery. I have figured that one out.

I will be pulling the 02 out of the trailer today to get it ready for sunday. I will take a few pics and put them up in my gallery.

I just realized that you are on a WR. My home engineered bracket, bolts to the upper TT clamp in front where there are ar 3 or so sets of female threads. not sure if you have these on your WR. Which mount do you have. Looking at my 05 with the flat mount that attaches between the front bar clamp, appears it would work with the flex bars.

I should probably change my screen name. Sold the WR 450. I now have 2 KDX - one for my and one for son. My KDX has 05 KXF 250 forks and triple clamp. Scotts stabilizer with submount.

So . . . its pretty much the same setup as a KDX tripple clamp with 4 pinch bolts for the bars. Would like to see a photo if you can post one.

ill throw a photo out but it is of my 02 wit thecustom brqcket that i have the flex bars on..OBTW, you will need 1 1/8 Bar mounts for the fast Flex Bars

did you put the KXF forks on?

Good idea. That helps. Do you also use a GPS? Thanks for posting the pics. Just got my bars yesterday. Can wait to try them. What rubber color to you use? I was probably going to try the yellow medium first.

I am running the reds. have not tried any other colors. how does it go?

I run with a Garmin Etrex Legend Color screen. It have it mounted on top of my flex bar pad but it is not in its holder in the pic.
