my friend and I went to a hillclimb competition last sunday. There was this e-series kdx200 with an extended swingarm, fender, you know hillclimb stuff. the owner pointed out the footpegs that were just like kx only it was all filled in with whatever it was made of. my friend thinks they are titanium because they were that color but i think they are plastic because they were filled in. have you guys heard of either plastic or titanium footpegs that look just like the kx pegs?

Apparently your friend is a lot smarter than you.

Titanium footpegs are used on most mx bikes nowadays, it's the 'new' thing, kinda like wave brake rotors. They were probably converted on from an MX bike or just some trick aftermarket pegs.
Ondatrail - Just try to imagine plastic footpegs on a motorcycle: Does that sound like a good idea?

Nope, actually, we're good friends, but not brothers.
