Full Syn and Semi Syn oil together? or mortal enemies?

Hey all.
had some weird issues with my bike in the last couple rides.
On my 2nd last ride i forgot my 2T oil (as you do!) so had to borrow some of a mates motul fully synthetic. bike performed well on this but next ride i reverted back to my motorex semi synthetic and still had prob 5-6 ltrs left in the tank ofr premix full synthetic
since then my bike is a bitch when either starting or in the low range revs it just dies as if i have bad fuel or poor spark, mid range and top end is fine.
could this be because the 2 different oils are not mixing or agreeing
you thoughts would be appreciated
