If I remember correctly kawini's got an mx fender. The only one that I know of that's available for post-94 kdx bikes is made by Maier - look at my gallery "CLICK FOR PICS" to see a picture to confirm.

I had heard about the maier mx fender and comparing the maier fender and kawini fender they just do not look the same. It could be the pictures I am comparing.

Does the maier mx fender come in the new green? I will be putting the fender on a '05 200.

I am tired of paying $ for oem's. I am looking to save a little cash because I will, most likely, be breaking a third fender.

Yes, Kawini's bike is down right silly.

It looks as if he's mounted some type of KX fender. That is IF he's not using the maier.

It looks like a Maier to me. I think the green and black seat cover sets it right off. Looks great !!!

I always forget that I'm Kawini....funny thing is it's actually Kawinj, you can't see the little drop down tail on my avi....

Thanks for the compliments at any rate!...yes, it's just the Maier MX fender for the KDX. Must be the camera angle. I had to have the 06 seat cover when I saw it. So I walked into a Kawi dealer and grabbed my ankles for the complete new seat. I'm too embarassed to say how much it was...

He's in the Gallery. If you scroll through the pages, you'll come upon this 2005 KDX220 that looks compltetly amazing It will have a maier mx style rear fender too.
