rear disk break

My rear brake has a bit of a lip, nothing major I think (2001), I have a disk from a 01 kx wheel that looks in a much better shape (can't feel any lip). I think they are the same size and want to swap them out.
Is there some locktite on the allen screws? I can't make them budge  .
I am thinking about using a propane torch to burn the loktite.
Will it damage the disc or hub?
Thanks

Why not try gentler heat first? Or at least go easy with the torch if you can't find a heat gun . . .

Here's a link to Loctite webpage if you want to dig more, has some stuff under FAQ and under the spec sheets for the various products:

Check the size of the mounting bolts, my experience is that the KDX's have larger allen bolts for both front and back rotors than do the KX's. You may be able to drill out the KX rotor to accept the larger KX bolts if I am correct. I believe the bolt locations are the same for both kinds of bikes.

Heat 'em with the torch then use an impact driver (the kind you hit with a hammer)
