bolt kit

has anyone bought one of the 250 piece fastner kits that are sold on ebay. if so, how is the quality. do they rust quickly?

Rocky Mountain ATV/MC has a nice assortment of 6mm hex head bolt and optional 8mm hex head bolts. (<$10) I have some of these and found them useful.
I have a friend that bought one of the kits on e-bay and he is pleased with the quality but displeased with the number of faseners that he will never use. Rust I don't think has been an issue for him and it has not been a issue with my RM bolt assortment.
