Does anyone have a good recommended oil level for 00 KX 125 forks.

Recommending depends on usage. Oil level "mostly" affects bottoming resistance. But then the speed at which the forks compressed or traveled on a particular hit, due to valving and oil viscosity, also plays a large role in allowing the forks to travel enough to approach bottoming. You want to use as much of the suspension travel as you can and the rare bottoming out is acceptable. That oil level's compressible air space can be from 70-140 mm. I like to run lower than factory, 100-120 mm vs 70-90 mm which is widely used for trail set-up vs MX.
