Seal kit for shock?

Does any one know where to get a seal kit for the shock?

I want to get the oil changed in my shock. The local shop says the parts are NA from Kawasaki. I bought such a kit last year, I think, but can't figure out where now. Bike bandit and RMC offer a couple of seals but not the seal head ass'y. Am I not holding my tongue right?
