Has anyone noticed that the Frappr.com thumbnails at the bottom of the page has really been a drag on the site?

Yeah they seem to be the last thing to load on the page.

No problem here but I have cable internet.

No problem here either with broadband connection!

Haven't noticed it with my cable modem connection.

Oh come on now... I have cable modem too and it hangs allot on the frappr. Everything else loads immediately.

My experience to a T.

I load the page scroll as quick as I can down and the banner is there. I tried opening Firefox in 5 different windows and as quick as I could scroll through them, they were there. Beats me....

BTW I don't care either way if it stays or goes.

It's just that some days it takes forever to load... and slows down my surfing experience....

Hehe... Well it must go then...

In actual fact on my PC when I open about 10 or more windows of Firefox, the header loads slower than Frapper.

Well... I have disabled it for now... until I find a way to make it load as fast as the site does.

You know not what you say. I've been stuck on a 26.4 kbps connection for years! Talk about learning patience...12 more days, and I finally get a high speed connection.
