Hello guys
Im restorng a 18986 KDX200 to take it Vinduro-ing next year an ive hit a bit of a snag - my kickstart lever is sloppy as - the spigot has become quite worn and the kickstart level flops arounf all over the place

Does any one here have any ideas how to get arounfd this impasse - Im stumped

Well, Part # 13078-1061 is presently available as New Old Stock from Muff's on Ebay:

You can also take out the ratchet pawl mechanism and sharpen the dog gears, they round over under lots of use. For the floppy lever, double check that the ball bearing and spring are still present. If they are then you need a new knuckle. Lots of threads on here about that for the E/H models, not sure for anything older.
