My KDX doesn't have a headlight housing and ive been looking to get one, But none of the aftermarket ones look right and the oem ones are really expensive.
But I found a housing that UFO makes that is meant for a KTM but looks exactly like a KDX housing. Maybe someone has already pointed it out but it seemed interesting to me

Dusty, from Columbus, OH with a purple/green KDX220???

That will work, but UFO typically uses an oddball BA20D light socket that doesn't have much available in terms of aftermarket LED compatibility if you actually want a bright functional headlight paired with a DC rectifier. SpeedWolf USA make an H4 LED adapter that plugs into them, but then it puts you up to the same price as buying a generic green aftermarket headlight with an H4 socket, or the same price as an OEM KDX headlight which also uses a less common socket, but far better than the oddball UFO / Acerbis Elba BA20D socket.

If you're looking for a green one there is this one from ebay. It is a UFO just like the one above, just green. I have been thinking about buying it for my E-series as mine is some universal one that the previous owner put on (that no longer works), and buying the complete OEM setup (plastic, lens, wiring bit) would set me back several hundred dollars. I can't justify spending that much on something I purely want for look (I don't ride at night).
As Chuck said though, if you're looking for something actually functional at night you'd be better off with something else.

The UFO headlights are plenty cheap enough that if you were to buy just the OEM plastic headlight shroud for I believe around $107 or $130, and then add a Baja Designs LED into it, I've seen this done multiple times with minor fabrication involved, you might still save money by going with the UFO and the speed wolf USA adapter to I believe an H4 bulb, including an LED bulb for it. I think that's somewhere in the range of $80 to $100? It's marketed for the Acerbis Elba headlights, but those use the same oddball BA20D headlamp socket as the UFO headlights
