I’m on the road right now, but I will post details very soon including price. I can tell you that they are new custom pieces, machined here in the good ol’USA. They include the lever pressure reduction mod already engineered into the part.
Ya’ll hang tight!

AWESOME! So it's a KDX replacement/upgrade that's a replica of the '92-'93 KX125 specs, same as the H-Series/220 KDX but longer?

Uhhh… I’m not saying all that. I know they are for H model 200/220s. Modified design at the cable end for an easier lever pull. He’s getting them July 1st, will announce pricing then. I don’t have anymore details.

I need to check if the actuator lever from my 220 will fit my E-series. I'm pretty sure they'll be backwards compatible, but will confirm in the next couple days.

Moonstomper-- can you offer an update? Just taking longer? Not scrapped? billie

I'm also curious on an update here, although I do have two of the '92-'93 KX125 clutch release levers for my next major rebuilds on both bikes. They are tough to find, especially for a reasonable price (i.e. buying them on their own without the whole clutch cover included).
The '92-'93 KX125 clutch release levers are identical to the H-Series KDX aside from being 7mm or so (from memory, just an educated guess) longer than the KDX200H/220R version that is otherwise identical.

Mototech in New Hampshire is producing an aftermarket clutch activation arm for the YZ 250.
This video short shows the new arm for a YZ fitted with a Fisch e-start (below)

I've noticed Moonstomper hasn't been around the forum for months and months at this point, having last posted June 30th, and shortly before that, saying that these clutch actuators would be available in July. I surely hope he is doing alright.

2 FEB 2026 UPDATE
I spoke directly with Jeff Fredette this morning. He says he has manufactured the improved clutch activation arms and they work. He also says he's too busy with winter sports (ice racing) to apply the finish coat on the arms and begin shipping them out. He advised me to phone him in 2 to 3 weeks, especially if temps in his region are 40°F or so for a week, to verify status. I told him that I will buy three arms.
