after long delys out of my control the first batch of Keihin PWK replacement emulsion tubes are ready, they are 12 US dollars each plus $7.50 postage
even if you are not in the market for an emulsion tube i recommend watching the youtube video as it is somewhat informative
KDX's now are over 20 years old and buying a brand new replacement carb is not always a viable option

Comment 1: Clever!
Comment 2: Informative video.
Question 1: Does anyone know if this part is useful for kw3ihen PWK 33 carb on KDX 220 (Non-SR)?
Question 2: Can large C-clamp be used for install instead of vice or mallet?

This is for the large body keihin PWK, not for the keihin pe28mm on the kdx220sr
The carb I tested it on is an original pwk35 from my kdx200
The issue I see with a c clamp is too small a surface area to hold the jet block securely and the swivel end of the C clamp has a tendency to wander, not saying it's impossible, it quite well could be done but perfect alignment would be needed
You wouldn't want to slip then snap off the shroud
