Bottom end rebuild

I need help my crank rod dosnt spin the best and when I start to fightin my casing the transmission won’t move but moves when their is no bolts In it

I'm assuming you have already rebuilt the bottom end and now the crank is dragging and the transmission won't shift, yes? If so, crank is too far to one side, or you collapsed the gap (side play) between the rod and crank halves and/or you probably didn't get one of the shift forks lined up properly. You need to check the rod free play to see if that's good. If it is then use a crank puller to try and center up the crank in the case. That might even fix the transmission issue as it might be putting stress on the case and binding the trans. If not, you'll have to pull it back apart.

transmission was shifting just fine just won’t move when i tighten then cases

Right, it might be binding.

Cases are not seated all the way?

It's very possible that the crank, or something else, is not seated correctly and that could cause the case to bind once you try torquing the bolts down.

Make sure the cases are seated properly before you torque the bolts.
