Greetings from Texas!

Hey everyone and greetings from Texas! Decided to get back in the game after a 20+ year hiatus. Picked up this 2005 KDX200 recently. Currently going through everything and performing all the maintenance that hasn't been done in forever

I've been searching for a front headlight (the actual lamp) and can't seem to find one. Was thinking about maybe just adding a Polisport assembly and calling it a day, but I really would like the original if at all possible.

Long-term plans are a complete tear down and rebuild from the frame up, but we'll see how far time and money will allow that.

Have a great day!

The Ghibli headlight by UFO (I think) is styled after the stock headlight if you like that look.

Welcome! Always good to see someone getting back into the sport and especially so on a KDX.

Thanks, much appreciated! My first bike was a 1987 KDX200 that my dad got for me...I loved that thing...air-cooled and so easy to work on and ride...I ended up giving it back to my dad and then he sold or traded it I think  ...I had moved on to a KX250, but I always loved the KDX...
