You kind people on the KDX forum help me find a front break caliper for my 1987 KDX200 now Im looking to possibly get an OEM headlight which I am having trouble finding anywhere, Neither can I find a 86' or 88'. However Im wondering if a 1989 would work as those seem more available or I found a 1985. Lemme know if either one of those would work or if I should just get a number plate instead, Thank you.

The stock system is 6 volts, with 6 volt bulb. 1989 and newer is 12 volts.

Look around for info on switching to 12 volt, then get a Baja Designs, UFO, etc. headlight. I know Baja Designs had an LED setup that was a bit brighter than the OEM one.

The lime green shell came on a few models.
