fork rebuild parts question

89 that I recently bought came with both the guide bushing and seals kits. in one was tiny o-rings that appear to be for the air bleeder. there were also a pair of small copper washers but I can't figure out what they are for. the drain screw has some kind of a seal /washer but the copper washer won't fit there and I initially thought the o-ring was for them.

Both kits fit a variety of bikes so maybe these copper washers are for one of those bikes (along with another pair of large washers I don't see a fit for).

Thanks in advance.

outer diameter a little more than a nickel, but smaller than a quarter?

base valve has them, I think

mainly, i was concerned about the littlest ones (about 5/16 overall dia). the other bigger ones must be for the base valves for other bikes the kit fits, after all it's everything from an 81 yz465 to 01 ninja 1100!

strange there isn't a washer for the drain screw, though these are close in size. the overall is slightly too big plus the inner dia would be plenty big for the head of the screw. just wanted to make sure I wasn't missing something. I guess if the drain screws leak I can look for a washer at the hardware store.
