Hi everybody,
Im pretty excited to be a firs time KDX owner. I rode my neighbors 250r 3 wheeler a good bit as a child in the 80's, in my early 20's purchased a 80's YZ250 and rode that a good bit mostly around gorman/Hungry Valley, late 20's I got a 98 YZ250 and rode that mostly in ocotillo wells on and off for 20 years - the bike is pretty shot and haven't ridden it in the last 10 years. After ridding down in Cabo with my brother in-law he suggested I look for a KDX, then after finding this site I was locked in on the idea. After missing a few what looked to be good deals, I pulled the trigger on a 2005 200 from a fellow in Huntington Beach who was selling it for someone - looks to be a 1 owner bike but don't know the hole history. Heres a pick - heading over to the tech area for some questions as I go through the bike before following the jetting guide on this site.
JW, Surf, snowboard, off-roading, wakeboard, ocean fishing - mostly tuna & yellow tail
