Has anyone ever used this swap before from Oemdirtbikeparts.com ?

I've not seen anyone here use it, probably because for less than half you can do it yourself (and that includes someone else doing the stem swaps). As with all fork swaps you need to swap out the stem to match the KDX head tube and any spacer. After that it's just bolt and go as long as you get a complete donor front end, otherwise there's a bit of fiddly work to get spacers/etc. This forum has everything you need to look for in it, I would start with the stickied threads first. Doesn't matter what fork it is (Showa/KYB/Ohlins/etc) the key is the stem swap into the new lower triple clamp.

WOW! That's expensive. I think few people will spend $1,000 on a front end. Heck, some might have paid around that much for the bike used. :-)
Welcome to the site.
The other big thing to look for is to make sure the steering stops hit the clamp properly.
