As part of the initial rebuild of the 91 KDX200sr I was wondering about the life span of the stock reeds and what would be a suitable replacement with keeping the stock PE28

Boyesen 607 power reeds are the usual go-to. If you use them, don't forget to leave the factory reed stops off. You don't need them with the 2 stage power reeds.
