So as we are all aware some parts are as rare as so I would like to ask of the forum the following.
This is off an early model KDX200 86/8, does anyone know how much difference there is to the 89-94 KDX200 ??

You keep asking questions like you have an "E", but you have an "F" or "G".

Most people on this site see 89-94 an think "E". Do you not have a different carb than the "E" model's 35 mm PWK Keihin??

Why don't you tell us what carb you have? It'll make helping you much easier.
If you have a 35mm pwk, then that Reed block won't work. Also, assuming you have the pwk, just buy a vforce or a rad valve and fit one of those.

The 1986 - 1987 USA KDX200 boot is different than the 1988 boot. In the USA, C model used Keihin PWK35.

G’day I believe that it is a pwk28 the Venturi measures 28.5mm IO, the images of kits lead me to this conclusion, the confusion is due to the fact that any image from Partzilla and Kawasaki don’t match, even at the local dealer.
Jst had a look at an image of the pwk35 rebuild kit and that’s definitely not it.
There is PE cast on the side ???

Hi Jason, to be honest I’m not sure what I’ve got Sr, E ????, heading down the local dealer with a vin number, hopefully this will stop the inane questions although I don’t think it will[emoji16]

Post a frame number or BIN and engine number. I have the Model Identification Guides that dealers have.
PE is a model of Keihin carburetor. Many mid 80's MX bikes had them.

Just found something online about the Sr having the PE28 and suggest’s upgrade to the pwk35 .

Here are the images of the frame and vin numbers, so it’s an F .
