Hi all, I just picked up my first KDX 220 (first 2 stroke also) today and will be hitting the trails tomorrow morning. She's a 2000 and seems to be in pretty good shape, started first kick cold on a 45 degree day. Little paint rub but nothing I'm worried about, and I paid $2000. Look forward to learning as much as I can.

Welcome and congrats on the new bike. Save your pennies and get the three most important items for your new bike...a service manual, a torque wrench...and most importantly a new forged piston (if the OEM one is still in there).
