I need a new rear wheel. What are the options? Ebay rarely has them and when they do they are over priced. I tried lowballing a guy on a parts bike but he wasn't taking less than $700 CND! I am thinking I might just lace one myself? Anybody do this and where did you get the spokes and rim?

What happened to the old one?

Its got a nasty flat spot. I don't really notice when riding but I lost a spoke as well. Just thinking it would be nice to have at least a back up.
