Hi all,

Lurked here for a bit. First post.
Purchased a '96 KDX200 this year -- my first 2 stroke.

I'm doing things piece by piece on it. Love it so far!

So far I've replaced or fixed:

-Rear wheel bearings
-Rear brake pads
-Rear sprocket
-Front fender
-Carb (cleaned & rejetted -- 45PJ, 145MJ)
-O-ring chain
-Air filter
-Speedo cable (tachometer still not working tho -- will need to replace that)
-FMF Gnarly Woods
-FMF TCII

Next on the list:

-New fork seals
-Change fork oil
-Install springs I got off a '94 XR600R (.41-.42kg)
-Shim stack mod
-New swing arm bearings
-New clutch cable
-New Boyesen power reeds

Down the road:

-RB carb mod
-RB head mod
-front end swap (maybe)

Before (when I bought her):

After (currently):

Thanks for having me.
Glad to be here!

Question.

Is there supposed to be some kind of bushing that sits over this post?
There's a bit of wiggle room back and forth that I imagine shouldn't be there.

Yes, there should be a bushing.
