I can swap in a 200 H cylinder and head to my 220 lower correct ?
If so, I"m on the hunt for a 200 (or 220 cyilnder) plus head, to get this bike as close to perfect as ever. This winter ;-)

Either top end will work fine. Head / Cylinder / piston

If you go from 200 to 220 you need to change the one of the shafts on the KIPS for clearance. I can't remember off the top of my head what part it was. I may have been intoxicated when I did it. Best case scenario a 220 cylinder with KIPS still attached on eBay!
Edit* Maybe it was the slide for the powervalve.

I thought the entire power valve / kips system was identical part numbers ????

It may be but for some reason I keep thinking I switched out the actuator. I think I tried it in the 200 and it wouldn't close all the way and the 200 in the 220 wouldn't open all the way. I could've have the gear a tooth off also.

The main/center powervalve is different between the 200 and 220. The other parts are interchangeable.
You can make the 200 valve work on the 220 with some careful grinding.

ok, i'll keep an eye out for a complete 200 top end. it seems they are much more easily available than the 220 parts. :)
thanks guys :)
