Hi all,


Can anyone give me the reading i should get on my pick up coil, small black sealed unit with two wires coming out? White/green and white/red.

The bike is a KDX 250 F, a grey import to south africa and so no one in SA can help me.

My reading on the pick up unit is 520 ohms? Is that suppose to be ?

THERE is no real stress on that coil (unlike the stator coil) so you can assume that it's OK if you get a resistance reading.

Hi kenny I have same model could you post a picture of your stator as I'm sure mine is wrong and not picking up thanks
