Kawasaki KDX collar dimensions

Hello, all!
I'm currently rebuilding my KDX 250 and I have a question. I wonder what are the dimensions of the 'collar' part situated on the toothed rack which opertates the blow-off valve? On the image underneath this is part number 92143.
