I have always liked the kdx 200. Last year I finally got one it's an 88 babied white one. My question is what's the difference in the white and green bikes? I'm new to them and always saw green ones but found this one and couldn't pass on the deal. And help would be great. Thanks in advance for teaching me on these bikes

No difference between white or green in the 89-94 E series range besides color, can't comment on the earlier bikes. I'm sure someone will pipe up.

One was lime green plastic and lime green frame.
The other was the 1986 / 1987 silver frame with white plastic.
1990 / 1991 white plastic KDX had orbit blue frame, I believe.

Other than the color, the '88 C model had the Keihin carburator.
I have a white 88 myself. Mine is a restoration project that I have been compiling missing pieces for.
I have been looking for a white rear fender for ages. They are hard to find.

That was just color wise. There are several changes between 1987 and 1988. They weren't an H model. C's got changes and improvements.
