1989 E1. I weigh 100 - 110kgs with riding gear..

Struggling to find anyone in the UK who will set. Up conventional forks.

I have another 89 E1 and suspension. Was set up when I bought it and its ace to ride. Its got the following written in the service manual by the last owner.

Manual says oil level 140 +/- 2mm
Written underneath is ' -15mm (+17cc) better to damp. -23mm +25cc(600 from drained)'

????????????

Then the owner has written 'springs 490/491'

Anyone help. I want it set up for enduro riding rather than jumps/moto x.

You will need the correct rate springs and little preload.

Eibach 996 series work well. What is your exact riding weight?? .46 - .48 sounds about right
